As a kid, I fell in love with music of all kinds but the works of Williams, Elfman, Herrmann & Gold swam in my ears, making me want to write my own.

When I was 16, I wrote a score for a short film I was in. Composed on Garageband and sounding terrible, not a single note was used but through this idea of storytelling through music,

During my free time in film school, I used to compose on Logic Pro, offering up demos to my classmates when pitching ideas.  At every opportunity, I would offer to write music for projects my friends were making. 

My education in film, over the duration of those three years gave me the tools to grasp the arduous and complex filmmaking process, but since graduating, my journey into writing for stage, shorts and my first feature in 2022, has allowed me to develop the way music, and I can help tell a story.

Not only do I grasp the arduous and complex filmmaking process, but it has given me a deeper understanding of the importance music plays in telling a story on screen.

With each project I complete, I’m continuing to grow as a composer, and as a storyteller.
